亚马逊刚注册的新账号审核通过了,账号莫名其妙被移除了
刚注册的新账号审核通过了,审核团队说可以销售了,业绩团队把销售权移除了,说处于privacy原因,不说具体的调查方法。有人知道什么情况吗?
发邮件询问了,她们又发了一次同样的邮件过来,她们根本就没看我们发了什么邮件,她们发的邮件是这样的:Hello,
To help us evaluate your appeal, please provide the information below. If any of the information is not available, please provide an explanation.
-- Length of time you have been in business
-- Sources of Amazon inventory, including invoices from past 6 months
-- Storage location of inventory
-- Addresses of any retail locations

我始终觉得有个信息是有点问题的!
个人账号, 干净的新资料:
1)当时注册的时候,我填写的地址是居住地址
2)然后要提交身份证扫描件,亚马逊却强调,亚马逊留的地址需要跟身份证上的地址一致。如果不是要修改成一致。 (我觉得很奇怪,但是为了身份证能过,就把亚马逊预留地址修改跟身份证一样的)
3)但是在递交信用卡账单的时候,账单的地址是居住地址,并不是身份证上的地址。

信用卡账单的地址,当时注册账号的信用卡地址一致即可;
亚马逊留的地址需要跟身份证上的地址一致这个问题吗?我只知道亚马逊企业注册时是要求与营业执照上一样不是实际办公地址!

-- Sources of Amazon inventory, including invoices from past 6 months 亚马逊库存,过去六个月的发票(PS: 没有发票提供进货单也是可以的,要供应商开个进货单,盖章后拍照就行)
-- Storage location of inventory 库存地址
-- Addresses of any retail locations 任何零售地址
-- Link to business website 企业网站(有就填,没有就说暂无)
-- Links to other websites that you actively sell on 其他销售网址 (有就填,没有就说暂无)
-- Tracking information for recently shipped orders, if applicable, found on the Manage Orders page in Seller Central (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/orders-v2/list) 跟踪单号 (没有销售的话就按实情说就好了)
-- Tax ID, if available (有就填,没有就说暂无,后续会办理,等办理好之后会立即发给亚马逊那边)
