关于“知识产权侵权”,我申诉成功了!
首先,我收到了绩效通知警告:(有些私人信息我就不公开了,嘿嘿)

相信有一样经历的小伙伴对这类侵权警告的Performance Notification不陌生,我收到这个邮件看了品牌所有者的邮箱地址,马上就感觉到不对劲了,看起来就是假的邮箱。因为我确实是从品牌供应商那采购的,我知道他们的邮箱后缀长啥样,所以机智如我,就迅速发了一封邮件到notice-dispute@amazon.com:(邮件如下,不介意的话可以当做模板参考,哈哈)

I believe I was wrongfully reported by a competitor using a fake (品牌名) email address. The email (邮件中品牌所有者的邮箱地址) is not a real (品牌名称) email address.

I bought my products directly from IKEA and the IKEA representatives I deal with use these email addresses:
(我平时和供应商打交道的邮箱地址)
I can provide a lot of proof to prove my products are genuinely (品牌名) products. I'm attaching the latest Order I placed from my (品牌名) supplier as an example. (我附件添加跟供应商的订单文件作为证明)
Please help me reinstate my ability to sell these ASINs: ASIN: XXXXXXXXXX and ASIN: XXXXXXXXXX.

我跟亚马逊说:我确信自己是被竞争对手用虚假邮箱误告了,这个邮箱地址不是真实的品牌所有者的邮箱地址,然后说清楚平时和供应商打交道的来往邮箱,提供采购订单,发票等相应证明,恳求亚马逊恢复这个listing的销售权!然后过20分钟,就收到亚马逊发来的邮件了,申诉成功!!!哈哈人品有点好,这速度真的很快了,之前看过申诉方面的帖子,好像都要好几天,真的开心!
