I have investigated the concern and found that what caused dissatisfaction to the buyer was condition of the item received. I understand that you must have sent the item in a good condition to our fulfillment center, which was delivered to the buyer. There could be various reasons which are out of your control that may have caused this. As I am unable to verify the details related to item sent to the buyer. Therefore, in this case we would need to go by what the buyer has stated in the feedback.
To further research the case, I have also checked the Amazon messaging filter but buyer never made any attempt to contact you.
You may get in touch with the buyer and check what you could do to convince them to remove the feedback. If this option is not feasible or if it does not meet your expectation, you may consider posting a feedback below the buyer’s feedback. This would benefit you as everyone will come to know that you did everything you could to resolve the issue.
To post a response, log in to your seller account, then, under the Reports heading, click "View your Ratings and Feedback". This will display the most recent page of feedback ratings. Find the feedback in question and click the button to respond.
