Plan Of Action
We understand and apologize for the problem that selling Used items as New. We come up with the following plan of action to resolve the issues and prevent similar complaints:
We will use a double check system, in inventory and before shipping, and we will thoroughly check this ASIN for below conditions:
-Brand new, unused, unopened in its original packaging, with all original packaging materials included;
-Items are clean, no stains or leaking;
-Items are in perfect condition and not missing essential accompanying parts;
-All the aspects of the item are not obscured and are able to be read or viewed, the items has no marks or stickers obscuring information on the label;
-Item has not passed the expiration date (includes "best by" and "sell by" dates), and we will check the expiration date to be in place and no tampered;
-The Product detail page is accurate and describes exactly the product to be sold. Product title, description and bullets are clear to understand and accurate;
-The pictures represent exactly and in detail the product to be sold, show only the product that's for sale and meet the Amazon general image standards;
All our products are sourced at the direct manufacturers or official distributors and we attached the invoice for this product.
