因为商品要求签名确认(Signature Required),所以顾客要求全额退款(full refund)!
"You required a signature. I am not home during post office hours so it will come back to you as I lost the claim ticket(索赔单) and have already ordered one that will be delivered without signature. I want a full refund."(顾客说邮局派送的时候,他不在家,然后因为要签名确认没收到,所以商品会寄回来到我这,而且他丢失了索赔单,另外自己重新下单购买了不用签名的商品,想要全额退款??)

说实话,我是不怎么在乎,因为这是个免邮商品,顾客改变主意要退货,我们都会退全款的。但是以后一直发生这种情况的话,商品有没包邮,那吃亏的肯定是我了,想问一下大家有什么意见呢,对这种情况你们是如何回应处理的?
