大家好，各位卖家们。有人可以帮忙解释一下吗？这个是亚马逊最新更新的费用，好像我们要被征收一种费用（也包括shipping fee）.我是卖书的，那我每一本书都要被收取这个费用啊。下面是亚马逊的通知，我不是很明白, 求大神帮忙！
FROM AMAZON: Important: Beginning March 1, 2017, we are making two changes to Selling on Amazon fees for media products (books, music, video, video games, DVD, and software):
• The Variable Closing Fee will increase to $1.80 per item and will appear as a Closing Fee instead of a Variable Closing Fee, as it will be a fixed rate. 
• Referral fees will be calculated on the total sales price of a product, rather than the item price. The total sales price is the total amount paid by the customer, including any shipping or gift wrap charges.
