亚马逊FBA卖家所有资金被预留，账号可以正常售卖，接下来怎么办？

我们2021年初经历过销量暴涨，5月通过KYC ,期间到现在资金一直被预留，开了无数case,然后回复：

Your account is still under review. We ask for your patience while buyers leave feedback for you.
We will send you an email when our review is complete. Until then, we may not reply to further emails about this issue.Sincerely, Seller Performance Team Amazon.co.uk
 
后台绩效都是健康的，也没有收到任何需要申诉的邮件和入口，很多说销量激增引起审核，但是我们是FBA卖家，照理不会审核这么久，现在除了暂停卖货，小号跟，还能做什么？
有遇到类似问题的大神吗，怎么解决。
