亚马逊买家说产品有缺陷(defective item),要求退货,并让我全额退款给他。。
有个买家说产品质量有问题(他买的是一台安卓设备),因为电池有问题,他开不了机,所以要求退货。我们收到货后做了一下测试,确定产品性能没有问题,只是包装不太完整,所以我们打算寄到厂商那边,让他们重新包装一下。
我们发邮件跟买家说,先把一部分的钱退给他,等厂商重新测试、确定产品真的有缺陷之后,我们会负全责,把剩下的30美元退给他(这个30美元是作为“重新包装”的费用,因为过了好久他都没回,所以我们没有征得他的意见,就把部分的钱退回他了)。
然后我们就收到了买家的回信,他要我们全额退款给他:
“Please refund the full amount. Apart from having issues with the power at first,I was also unable to update to the latest version of android which I require. I will not be held liable for your mistakes.In the future if you are going to label something as brand new, you should also mention if it is the latest stock or just devices that have been sitting around unopened. If you do not refund the remaining $30 of what I paid, we will report this to Amazon. I hope you understand that I am very upset at your decision to with hold any money that is to be refunded.I will wait for 1 week, not for your response, but for the money to be refunded. This will officially end our corresponding, and the matter will continue with Amazon.”
感觉好生气啊,我们在产品描述中已经说清楚了,这台设备的版本是Android 4.3,可是他却说“不能把设备升级到最新版本”。我已经把大部分的钱退给他了,而且把这台设备寄给厂商的时候,来回的运费也是我们自己出的。。。
所以你们觉得我该把30美元退给他吗?

还有一点,如果买家是在购买的30天之内因为产品有问题而要求退货的,那你要把钱都退给他才行
