收到亚马逊关于PPC的通知邮件，不知道是什么意思？

邮件内容是这样的：
“Dear Advertiser,
We want to notify you of an upcoming change to Campaign Manager that will affect your ability to re-enable archived items.
Starting October 3, 2016, when you archive campaigns, ad groups, ads, and keywords, you will no longer be able to re-enable them. However, you will still be able to find pre-existing performance data for archived items in Campaign Manager and your advertising reports.
Pausing will allow you to reactivate your campaigns, ad groups, ads, or keywords at a later date without any issues. If you plan to re-enable any existing archived items, we recommend you change their status from archived to paused before October 3, 2016.
You can change the status in Campaign Manager, or you can download and edit your bulk file to change multiple campaigns, ad groups, ads, or keywords at once.

大致看了一下，它说从10.3开始，卖家不能重新启用已存档的活动、广告组、广告和关键词。如果想重新启用，可以在10.3以前把状态改成“已暂停”。
但是我不太理解这段话的意思？
比如我现在有在运行几个广告组，那我就要在10.3前先暂停这几个，然后10.3后再启用，不然就不能用了？
