碰到买家要退货,因为他no longer needed(不需要了)?

今天看到买家要退货,理由是no longer needed,我想说这样也可以么?不需要了就退回来??那要谁付退货的运费?我么?

来,给你一个邮件模板:
Thank you for purchasing from us on Amazon. Your ****(产品名) was delivered to you on *******(交货时间) and is as described. We hear that you have had a change of mind, and would like to return this item as no longer needed/wanted. We are happy to honor Amazon policy for returns within 30 days for any reason. This is your authorization to return.
We will refund the item as per Amazon policy as soon as it arrives here in original condition. Amazon policy does provide for a reasonable restocking charge for items returned late, opened, used, damaged or missing parts, and shipping is not refundable. 
Attached to this email is a prepaid shipping label (the amount of ***(买家付的运费) will be taken off the refund) for return. The prepaid shipping label is ONLY for the envelope/package that it was sent in. Please package the item securely in that package and mail the package that it was shipped in back to us. It needs to arrive here by ********(你要求包裹送达的时间). 
Please let us know when *******(产品名) has been sent so that we can track it coming in, and we will inspect it on arrival and refund to your Amazon account as per Amazon policy ASAP.
Please let me know if there is anything else we can do for you.

虽然很糟心,但买家在收到货的30天内要退的话,不管理由是什么,你都要接受(特殊情况:11.1之后的订单,买家在1.31之前都可以要求退货)
你说的这种情况要买家来付退货运费,然后退钱时,可以扣掉他下单时付的运费(除去免邮的情况),有时我们会发pre-paid shipping label给买家
如果收到的退货出现损坏,根据不同程度来收restocking fee
