ebay客户说他们“经济困难”,想让我打折扣,要怎么回复?

最近有好几个客户都这样,因为所谓的“经济困难”(靠固定收入生活),让我给个优惠什么的。关键是我卖的是非必需品类的,如果他们资金紧张,为何还要下单?
不知道该怎么回复,拒绝的话又显得我没有同情心,冷酷无情==

你可以这样回:
