-- Sources of your Amazon inventory, include invoices from past 6 months
-- Storage location of inventory
-- Addresses of any retail locations
-- Link to business website
-- Links to other websites that you actively sell on
-- Tracking information for recently shipped orders if applicable, found on the Manage Orders page in Seller Central
-- Tax ID or Dun and Bradstreet (D-U-N-S) Number

这种情况发邮件给亚马逊那边收到这封邮件之后回复之后账号基本都能回来的
只需要提供以下资料：
-- Length of time you have been in business 从商时长
-- Sources of Amazon inventory, including invoices from past 6 months 亚马逊库存，过去六个月的发票（PS: 没有发票提供进货单也是可以的，要供应商开个进货单，盖章后拍照就行）
-- Storage location of inventory 库存地址
-- Addresses of any retail locations 任何零售地址
-- Link to business website 企业网站（有就填，没有就说暂无）
-- Links to other websites that you actively sell on 其他销售网址 （有就填，没有就说暂无）
-- Tracking information for recently shipped orders, if applicable, found on the Manage Orders page in Seller Central (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/orders-v2/list) 跟踪单号 （没有销售的话就按实情说就好了）
-- Tax ID, if available （有就填，没有就说暂无，后续会办理，等办理好之后会立即发给亚马逊那边）
