主要是第二和第三，淘宝上找个发国际传真的传过去就好。

我们之前遇到同样的情况了，按照他的要求提供资料后，帐号回来。记得，一定要提供真实的资料，然后一定要很清晰，传真的时候多发几封，因为有很多时候会回复没收到，还有啊，写邮件的时候要表明一下自己对亚马逊的忠诚，绝对遵守规则，顺便诉一下苦，这个帐号是多么的重要

你在桌面上新建一个Word文档
文档第一行写上具体的Reference ID
写下居住地址
然后插入你的身份证扫描件.
发电子传真给Amazon.
或者你打印出来发给Amazon.
如果居住地址和身份证上的不一样
你要提供信用卡或水电煤账单.

你的好像没有第条，从前有些还有一条
4） The e-mail address that is registered to your Amazon account 注册邮箱。
