KYC审核, 销售权限被移除, 收到这样的邮件, 请教一下, 该如何申诉?

KYC是Know Your Customer的缩写,是指“了解你的客户”,指通过对客户身份的核实和商业行为的了解,有效地发现和报告可疑行为,避免客户在实际运营中涉嫌洗钱行为。首先是你有没有范围这些相关规定,说实话这种一般被取消想要申诉成功还是比较难的。
还有就是你提交的审核材料有么有齐全,1、公司营业执照;2、银行对公账户;3、法人及受益人的护照、身份证、户口本、地址证明、银行账户信息证明;4、收款账号证明,比如WF卡,P卡等。

材料都提交完了, 收款账户也更改到企业名下了, 绩效通知说账户已被激活, 就是审核还没完成, 取消销售权限是因为到15000欧元的时候还没完成审核,我们也从来没有刷过单, 违规过
