亚马逊买家想让我用支票（check）退款，还提交了AZ。。。这样也行么？

我们收到买家的退货后，亚马逊客服就发信息通知说买家想通过支票收款：“Customer returned the item. Please issue a full refund to the customer by check. Customer paid via prepaid card which he no longer has so please refund the customer via check or gift card.”
他说买家之前用预付卡（prepaid card）付钱，可是现在没有卡了，就想让我们用支票/礼品卡退钱。。。exo me？
买家还提交了AZ，一定要让我开一张支票，然后寄给他！要疯了，现在怎么办？我怕这个买家想骗我，而且这种做法应该不符合亚马逊规定吧？

亚马逊客服只是把客户的要求转告给你，不代表他们的立场。所以不要用支票汇款，先把这件事跟Seller Support说一下

其实这些交易方面的问题都是由亚马逊来处理的，如果买家想改汇款方式，他需要自己去跟Seller Support联系

如果你回复这封邮件，它会被买家收到，而不是客服。所以你要解释清楚，你没办法提供支票，像楼上说的，他要联系Seller Support
你可以参考下这个回复：
“Hello,
Thank You for contacting us. We are third party seller with Amazon and do not have access to payment processing and/or how refunds are issued.
We will process your refund as per Amazon standard refund process and apologize we are unable to issue check as a way to refund your purchase since we do not have access to check processing.
Again, thank You and Best Regards,
XXX”
