亚马逊seller performance一直发同一封邮件要我们提供发票,真是醉了

最近收到seller performance的邮件,要求提供产品发票。然后我们就把发票还有厂商(品牌拥有者)写的信发给他们。结果就收到回信:
“Hello,
Thank you for your response to our request for an invoice. We’ve reviewed your response and have determined that additional information is required to complete our investigation for the following listings:
ASIN(s):XXXXXXXXX
Copies of receipts or invoices which clearly identify the specific item(s) under review/demonstrate purchase and listing quantities/ display condition / are authentic and unaltered/display required information, including supplier and buyer information, invoice date, and item(s) descriptions and quantities/were issued in the last 180 days are required to proceed.
Sincerely,
Seller Performance Team”
然后我们又发了一次发票(发票上写了产品ASIN)。
可他们还是不满意,发了第二封邮件(跟上面的一样),让我们提供更详细的资料。都不知道该怎么办了

怎么感觉像是自动回复的邮件?他们应该都没认真看你的发票。。差评

建议你打电话过去,把case解释清楚,你手上有足够的资料,所以不用担心、、发邮件也说不清楚
