客人在9月中旬下单,昨天说要换货,想回他信息,却发送失败:”We were unable to send some of the messages below to your customers because emails to their email addresses were bounced by their email service providers.”
看了下tracking,说包裹未妥投:”Notice Left (No Secure Location Available)”(1个月前);无人认领,超过时间:”Unclaimed/Max Hold Time Expired”,然后快递就退给我了。
接下来要怎样?要收restocking fee么?

不要收restocking fee,因为客户没领取快递直接退给你,不过可以不退运费

我以前就有个case输了,到货时,买家看了下不想要,退回来,我收restocking(20%),也不退运费,他去开a-z,我输了,害我的运费都差点不保。。
