我不小心标错商品价格，让买家取消订单，却被开az
脑抽把价格标错了，本来应该是$125，标成$25，立马就有人下单==。我跟买家道歉，说这是我的错，我愿意全额退款，希望他能取消订单。他拒绝，还开az,说Item not received,我一点都不想发货，如果我去取消，然后给他退款，那我还是会输掉az的吧？

This claim has been opened on an order that has not been confirmed as shipped. The order has been cancelled, and the customer was never charged, there is nothing to refund or receive. So the case is unfounded and needs to be closed.

买家开不是说没收到商品吗？那你就加上一点，因为订单在发货前被取消，所以买家不会被收费，当然也不会收到商品
