我的亚马逊账号被黑,库存被改,对方把名字加到用户权限中,怎么办?

有人破解了我的账号密码,把设置改了,还把他的名字加到用户权限中,把库存全都换成他的(电子产品)!账号乱七八糟的,我就改了密码,把他从用户权限中删除,可是没用,跟亚马逊反映,他们一直回:正在处理中。。。
我都快急死了,要怎么办啊?

不只是你的账号密码,还有其他密码也要改;比如邮箱、银行卡、还有手机里面的密码什么的
还有先把店铺关一阵子,调成假期模式,等事情解决后再开、不然出了问题要你负责

怎么会这样?是不是账号被合并了?打电话给卖家支持,说这是紧急情况,需要立刻解决,然后你要和主管级别的人交谈

问题还挺严重的、、你那台电脑先别用了,就怕他用某种方法监控行动,知道你改密码之类的
把电脑用杀毒软件(可以用Malwarebytes或Ccleaner)扫描一遍。在扫描前先把“系统还原”关掉,然后把之前的备份都删掉,以免恶意软件潜伏在里面

快点发邮件跟买家说这事儿,或者在你的profile页面贴出通知:
“Dear Customer,
Please be advised our Amazon account, XXXXXXX, was hacked within the last XXX hours/days.
Someone has taken over our account and is fraudulently listing high-end electronics. We do not and have never sold electronics.

账号被盗很严重的,建议你休假一段时间搞定之后在重新开启店铺不然到时候出问题都是你负责的
