如何在亚马逊Amazon后台创建MCF order 订单

Multi-Channel Fulfillment is an optional feature within Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) that enables you to get the same fast, trusted Amazon shipping and fulfillment for your orders made from other sales channels. Give your customers the Amazon fast-shipping experience they love and help build customer loyalty and sales. If you decide to sell on Amazon, fulfilling your orders is easy—we can do so from the same pool of inventory.

How it works?

With Multi-Channel Fulfillment you can fulfill orders from other sales channels using your inventory stored at an Amazon fulfillment center. Single source your inventory to streamline your fulfillment operations. You manage your inventory through a simple online user interface and can direct us to return the inventory in our fulfillment centers at any time.
操作方式：1.在亚马逊Amazon卖家后台点击inventory


2.在需要创建MCF order的listing右侧edit下拉框中选择Create Fulfillment Order


3.如果一个MCF order需要包含多件产品，请在下图的搜索框中输入ASIN、SKU、FNSKU、UPC／EAN或者Product Name进行检索


4.在检索出来的listing中选取需要添加的产品，在左侧勾选并提交


5.设置好相应的数量（如果订单只包含一个产品，请忽略3、4、5步骤）


6.填写好相应的客户地址及联系信息，带＊号的信息为必填信息。之后点击右下角Continue按钮


7.写完相关信息后，进行再次核对，并点击右下角按钮提交。


 
 
取消MCF订单
1.如果信息填写错误，或者创建了错误的MCF订单，需要取消，同样在order页面检索出相应的MCF订单
2.左上角点击cancel order进行取消


请注意：
1.带＊号的信息为必填信息
2.Order ID建议自己设置方便以后跟踪订单，不设置的话系统会自动生成，最好做好记录
3.取消订单需要在一定的时间内，如果亚马逊已经开始处理订单后，就不能进行取消了
4.取消订单后，请隔段时间再检查确认一下是否取消成功
