老外地道邮件模板:索取好评&留了feedback之后索要review的方法

此模板是国外的一个亚马逊卖家分享的。邮件主要是针对FBA发货的,但是不管是FBA发货还是自配送的都是可以借鉴下人家的。虽然市面上有很多这种邮件模板,但是还是不如人家老外写的地道。

请注意,模板里面某些地方还是需要根据自己的实际情况做些许的更改。

模板里有4封邮件:

第一封:当你或者亚马逊刚发完货的时候,告诉客人说你或者亚马逊已经发货了,告诉他跟踪号,大概多少天可以收到,然后收到后有撒问题,让他联系你之类的<br>

第二封:在妥投之后的2-3天内,询问产品用的是否满意,如果满意让他留个好评。如有什么问题,让他在留评价之前找你

第三封:如发了第二封之后还是没反应,就再次跟进下。如还是没反应就别逗比的去骚扰人家啦!

第四封:在客人给你留feedback之后,及时跟进,马上给客人发邮件要他留review。详情见模板。
这位卖家说早晚都会查看feedback,一旦有人留feedback,就会马上跟进,我们也可以借鉴借鉴啦。
 
在号称要颠覆亚马逊的Jet上购物,是什么体验?

Jet是一家非常奇特的电商。它在还未上线时就已经融了2亿多美金,上线不到四个月融资金额就达到了7亿多,估值超过15亿美元,轻轻松松就跨入了独角兽的俱乐部。很少有企业在创始初期就拿到如此巨额的融资,更何况投资人中还不乏谷歌、阿里、高盛等大牌。

Jet最初的模式类似于线上的Costco,即会员制电商,用户在Jet上购物需要先交纳49.95美元的会员费,Jet为用户提供性价比极高的商品,商品的毛利只要能够覆盖运营成本就可以了,公司的利润则全部来自于会员费。不过在上线几个月之后,为了更快地发展用户,Jet放弃了最初收取会员费的模式,任何用户都可以在Jet上购物。对此,外界普遍的一个猜测是:Jet认为即便是商品价格优惠4%~5%也足够吸引用户了,而不用真的去优惠15%。

Jet的CEO Mark Lore此前曾创立过Diapers.com,由于在价格战中败给了亚马逊,最后不得以出售给了后者。Jet经常称自己为亚马逊的颠覆者,这么看来还真有点复仇的味道。

既然是想颠覆亚马逊,Jet提供了什么样的购物体验呢?

最近海外的一位作者Gagan Mehra在博客上对比了在Jet和在亚马逊购物的区别,从中我们可以窥见一二。

Gagan分别在Jet和在亚马逊上订购了同一件早餐谷物商品:Kellogg’s Raisin Bran Crunch。为了公平起见,他在亚马逊新注册了一个账号下单,以防止历史的购买信息对这次对比有影响。下面我们分别从几个方面来比对Jet和亚马逊提供的不同购物体验。

产品搜索和价格

Jet上的产品搜索体验很棒,Gagan很方便地找到了自己需要的商品。但是在亚马逊上,这个商品是对Prime会员的专供,由于这个账号为他新注册,没有购买Prime会员服务,因此他是不能购买这个商品的。

不过,商品的价格在亚马逊上是能看到的。同一件的Raisin Bran Crunch在Jet上要便宜12美分,也就是便宜大概4%左右。这不是一个很大的数额,但对消费者依然很有吸引力,特别是考虑到在亚马逊上还要购买Prime付出额外的成本。

如果买得更多,在Jet上购买付出的成本还有可能更低。当把商品数量增加到10盒,价格就开始变得显著低于亚马逊了。

这样还没完,这是Gagan第一次在Jet上购买,Jet送了一张10美元的优惠券。这开始让Gagan觉得Jet究竟能不能在这个交易上赚到钱,以至于开始怀疑这样的生意究竟是否长久。Gagan甚至表示自己在过去15年从来买有买过如此低价的Kellogg’s Raisin Bran Crunch。

Jet在产品价格上完胜亚马逊,尤其是亚马逊需要消费者先购买Prime会员服务才能下单。

下单体验

在Jet上的下单体验是非常令人惊叹的。Jet的页面很简洁,很容易找到自己想要的按钮。不过唯一的遗憾是由于Jet还是一家初创企业,没有太多商品评分和评论可供参考。

但是由于Gagan要购买的这个商品以前使用过很多次,对商品评分和评论的需求也没有那么大。Jet估计需要花较长的时间才能通过积累补上这块短板,不过它也可以使用第三方服务商的产品来快速增加商品的评分和评论信息。

相比亚马逊很拥挤的页面风格,Jet简洁得让人感到舒服,这也就是谷歌一直倡导的“少就是多(less is more)”的理念吧。

物流配送体验

与亚马逊比较类似,Jet对超过35美金的订单提供免费配送服务。由于这次Gagan购买了10盒谷物食品,价格超过了35美元,因此享受了2天内免费送货服务。即便是非Prime会员在亚马逊上也能够购买这个商品,亚马逊针对非Prime会员提供的送货服务并不是2天,而是5到7天。

Gagan订购的商品最终在两天内如期到达,而且商品包装得很好,并无破损。

总结

需要说明的是,从上面的体验来看,Jet是完胜亚马逊的,但这也可能是跟测试的商品有关系,随机性比较大,不过我们还是能看出Jet带给电商世界的一些改变。

无论如何,Jet要想挑战亚马逊这个巨无霸,还有非常长的路要走。上面的这些对比至少让我们看到了Jet的潜力,尤其是针对食品等日用商品,因为它提供了更好的价格和服务。不过对于Jet来说,需要慎重考虑的是如何从中盈利,以及当它停止促销时还如何能够留住用户。(作者:贞元 )
