你可以礼貌地给买家发邮件,内容可以这样写:“It appears you have mistakenly returned a product to us that is not the one we shipped you. We'll be glad to work with you to make arrangements to have it returned to you or if you prefer, we can dispose of it for you. Once we received our item back, we will issue your refund in accordance with Amazon policies”
而且在没收到货之前,绝对不要退款,不然可能会钱货两空啊。因为是贵重的电子产品,买家欺诈也不是不可能,价格昂贵,所以还是小心处理为好。

对于完好无损的产品,restock fee最高可以收取货款的20%。不过注意了,买家很讨厌restock fees,他们可能会因此留下差评。如果产品还能卖的话,最好还是给买家全额退款,扣除发货运费就好了。如果产品损坏,就可以收取50%的restockfee。
