我的亚马逊Return Dissatisfaction Rate突然飘红了!不知道原因是啥

这两天我的“退货不满意率(Return Dissatisfaction Rate)”突然亮红灯了(60天的指标是25%,7天和30天的都是0),但是我没有收到任何的通知邮件。去问亚马逊seller support的人,他们帮我查了一下,我的退货不满意率没有问题,真是太奇怪啦!我一直在思考原因是啥,然后想起来之前有一个买家,收到货几个月之后想退货,我没有答应他的请求。会不会是这个原因啊?你们觉得呢?

我有两个订单,都是买家要求退货,我们同意了,买家最后没有把货退给我们。但是!我的退货不满意率因为这两个订单就飘红了,为什么我们卖家要为买家的恶劣交易行为买单啊?
这是我在“help”里copy过来的:
“Negative Return Feedback Rate
The Negative Return Feedback Rate is the percentage of valid return requests that have negative buyer feedback. For every return request, we ask buyers if their return was resolved. If they indicate that the return was not resolved, the return request is considered to have a negative feedback.”
“。。。负面反馈的退货请求,是指退货之后亚马逊会发邮件问买家,卖家是否解决了你的问题?如果买家回答否。那么这次退货请求将被计入负面反馈。”

我们是因为退款给买家的时候,没有把最初的运费退给他,所以他们就选了“no”,我们的退货不满意率就亮红灯了T^T

我也是这样!我们接受了退货,把运费也退给买家了,没想到他还是给了我们一个负面反馈。。。
楼主,其实你可以发邮件给买家的:
"If you think we’re incorrectly interpreting a situation or are unfairly evaluating a return request, please let us know. We strive to make our metrics beneficial to you and seek your help in constantly improving them. Please email your feedback to seller-returns@amazon.com. Include the order ID you’re referencing and how we can improve this metric."
你可以试试看,态度尽量诚恳一点

退货不满意率包括:负面退货反馈率、延迟回复率和无效拒绝率。
退货不满意率的指标不能超过10%,它没有非常硬性的要求,但是卖家还是需要注意一下
