亚马逊发信息让我发货,可我的账户里没有相关的订单信息,What happens?

这两天一直收到亚马逊的信息,说我有件产品卖出去了,买家已付钱,就等着发货了:
“Congratulations! Your amazon marketplace item has been officially purchased by a potential buyer, and payment for the item and the postage cost have been received from the buyer on your behalf by Amazon Payment Services. Payment has been deducted from the buyer's account and has been ‘APPROVED’. Your payment will be credited to your account within 72 hours after we received the postage tracking number for the shipment verification.”
但是我去账号看了下,没发现相关的订单信息。就跟亚马逊说了,然后他是这么回的:
“Be rest assured that we cannot ship this order until your ‘technical issues’ have been resolved and the order shows as an actual sale in our inventory.
The item is STILL available for another buyer to purchase, thus we are not going to receive negative feedback from a seller trying to sell the same item twice.
In addition, the included ‘sales’ information does not include an email for the seller. We suggest that Amazon get in contact with this seller and advise him that due to ‘technical’ issues the item cannot be shipped until Amazon resolves such technical issues.”
这都什么跟什么啊?怎么扯到“技术性的问题”了?你们谁能帮我看看吗?

这应该是诈骗吧!骗子利用亚马逊的messaging system给你发信息,或者把之前收到的信息重新编辑一下发给你。快去举报
GJ!你要想,亚马逊怎么可能在你还没收款的情况下让你发货?碰到这种“pending order”一般都会让你再等等。提高警惕啊孩纸

谢谢提醒!我把他的信息标记为“no response necessary”,然后举报收货地址是假的,把他发的信息都给亚马逊看了
反正以你的账号为准就对了、、账号里没有订单信息,那这笔买卖就不存在,不要听人瞎扯
