亚马逊Lightning Deals要收费了？从11月21日开始？

“For Lightning Deals scheduled to run starting November 21, 2016, Amazon will begin charging a fee that you will see prior to submitting the deal. We know that with the introduction of fees you may have a lot of questions. We hope the following FAQs will help you to better understand why we are charging fees.
1) Why do I need to pay a fee to submit a Lightning Deal?
We initially launched self-service Lightning Deals for free for a limited time only. Since launching self-service Lightning Deals, we have seen that Lightning Deals have created incremental value and new points of discovery for customers. We will be charging a fee so that Sellers can not only obtain this new value but also possibly experience a halo effect of more customers and sales after the deal has run.
2) Can I get a refund on the deal fee that I paid if my deal did not perform the way I wanted it to perform?
Amazon is unable to provide refunds on fees for submitting Lightning Deals if the deal has already run. If your deal is canceled or is unable to run, you will not be charged a fee.
3) When will I be charged a fee?
Fees will be charged after a deal runs on its assigned day. The fee will be deducted from your Seller Central account.”
