推广亚马逊新品,好不容易买家给了个review,竟然是2星的?

我现在在推一款新产品,等了好久,好不容易来了个review,竟然是2星的,跟买家沟通,想说以退款或赠送礼物的方式让他改一下评论内容,他不同意。。。现在要怎么做?有什么邮件模板吗?
