外贸复工指南，做好这三步，轻松照顾好你的生意

春节假期已经结束，节后复工，你还记得你年前做什么工作吗？

现在各个外贸公司、工厂也开始有序复工，外贸人年前的工作也得抓紧时间推进，比如回复询盘的客户，联系工厂，安排生产，备货送检，做产品资料等等。

这么一大堆工作如何才能有条不紊地开展呢？不妨根据工作的重要性，按照以下方法试试！

一、修改假期时间

及时修改网站上的Banner和滚动图显示的假期时间，假如春节前你有这样的改动，要及时修改掉，让客户知道你已经开始营业。

另外，如果你在邮箱上设置了自动回复，在旺旺上设置了上班时间，在社交媒体平台发布了放假状态，都要记得及时进行修改和更新，避免影响客户给你发询盘的意向。

二、联系工厂和货代

向大家拜个年，然后告诉他们，我们已经正常上班，确定一下他们什么时候工人到岗并可以接单生产，供货能力如何？及时了解产品价格的变动，可否给我们做好报价的准备等信息。

对于货代公司，你要了解一下春节过后拖头和船务的信息是否有变动调整，舱位如何，什么时候可以正常运输等信息。

三、给客户发送复工邮件

第一时间发送复工邮件，是一件能够极大地增强客户感知的事情，如何写邮件需要针对不同的客户采取不同的写法。

下面我整理了应对不同场景不同客户的复工邮件，大家可以参考准备：

1、节前未出货的客户

有些客户的定金或者款项已经支付，因为过年停产停工的原因迟迟没有收到货物，而且对于货物的需求也非常着急。这样的客户，肯定不希望自己收到的邮件内容仅仅是复工通知，会更加迫切地想知道什么时候生产，什么时候能收到货。

因此，根据我们已经联系工厂和货代了解到的信息，在邮件中可以明确告知客户产品生产或者出货的进度和时间。在准确了解客户实际需求的基础上，沟通最需要的信息。

We're back at work today. I am writing to inform you that your order is under intensive processing and is expected to be completed in mid to late February. I will inform you as soon as the goods are finished.

2、订单可能出现延迟的客户

订单延误是在所难免的情况，虽然复工复产，但一开始肯定不会那么快就能走上正轨，国内都需要一个缓冲的时间。我们可以在邮件中清楚地告诉客户，在确定好新的发货时间后，会第一时间通知客户。

I am contacting you to inform you that due to the shortage of raw materials, your order will be shipped later than expected.

The shipment is scheduled for the first week of March. Thank you for your patience. If you need any other assistance, please let me know. We are always here.

3、待付定金的客户

对待此类客户，我们需要简明扼要地表达自己的主题，让客户尽早支付定金，尽早安排生产，尤其是在出货旺季，定金支付更要果断。

We're back at work today, and I look forward to returning with renewed energy and enthusiasm, as do you.

I am writing to you today to follow up whether you can arrange the deposit this week. As it is the busy season now, we have to handle a lot of orders. If you order earlier, we can arrange production earlier.

Thank you for your understanding.

4、年前有意向的客户

年前有意向的客户也需要主动沟通，推进订单谈判，所以在写复工邮件时，我们要问问客户是否还有合作意向。我们要提前查看一下之前的沟通记录，进展到了哪一步，然后再继续推进。

May everything be all right.

We have finished the Spring Festival holiday and officially returned to work. The purchasing season in March is coming. I hope we can reach a smooth cooperation before that and arrange production and shipment as soon as possible. Kindly remind me, do you have any questions about the scheme (or quotation) sent to me before?

The quotation is attached again. Looking forward to your feedback.

5、其他潜在的客户

如果说上面给已付款或有意向的客户发的复工邮件是跟进邮件，那么给潜在客户发的复工邮件属于开发邮件，也就是“开发信”。

I'm Tony from ABC Company. I'm glad to tell you that our XX model products are in stock. Please feel free to tell me if you need them.

For details of our information and products, please check the attachment or check my second email. Any questions, welcome to consult, thank you!

跟进客户工作是需要花费心思的问题，分清主次，合理安排，可以让你的工作有条不紊，又能在节后快速地步入正轨，恢复日常运营。当然，为了应付节后综合症，你也要注重劳逸结合，多跟同事交流，多多做好放松工作，这样，才会事半功倍。

另外，我特别分享一个春节假期后通用型的客户跟进邮件模板：

Dear Tom,

How are you? Happy Chinese Lunar New Year. I hope this joyful festival will bring you happiness as well.

We are back to work today and everything is back to normal. Production is ongoing. Since we have prepared raw materials before the holiday, we can now easily run up to 3000pc within this month. We can stably and easily provide xxxx if you need it now.

We wonder whether you stocked xxx products before our new year holiday or whether your products have arrived at your warehouse at this moment? If you urgently require xxxx products, please don't hesitate to contact us. We will forward our new prices for your reference right now.

By the way, if you need them now, we can arrange the shipment in early March.
