我的亚马逊销售权被移除,账户冻结

由于开始的侵权产品问题导致我欧洲站店铺的销售权被移除 ,然后账户又被冻结了,发了两封邮件给亚马逊,两次回复我说不回复我的销售权,我这样还有机会申诉成功吗?
1.第一封:

Please ship any open orders. If you have funds in your account, they will be available after any amounts paid for A-to-z claims or chargebacks on your orders have been deducted. This usually takes about 90 days, but funds may be held longer.

You can see your balance and settlement information in the Payments section of Seller Central. If you have questions about those, please write to payments-investigate@amazon.co.uk.

已经差不多10天了 我的店铺一直都是卖家账户冻结状态,这样还有机会申诉成功吗?

申诉成功的机会不大,还是可以试试的,万一成功了呢~
关于怎么申诉,一般亚马逊都会在邮件中把重点给你列出来,你只需按照要求提供资料就行了。发送到到pq-review@amazon.com邮箱

如果是产品侵权问题,申诉的时候提供这些材料,可以帮你提高成功几率1、进货发票
近期90天内的采购发票3张,发票上包含亚马逊给你列出来有问题的几款asin的产品,有供应商的联系信息:名称、地址、电话等。发票最好用增值税发票
如果没有发票可以提供收据 、采购合同、提货单、授权书等也需要近期90天内的有供应商的信息,这些单据上都要包含有亚马逊给你列出来这几款asin产品,进货数量不能小于销量。
2、你本身是有这个品牌xxx的授权,提供授权书/商标证书文件
3、提供供应商的联系信息:包含名称、电话、地址、邮箱和网站。
