求助,账号被移除销售权限了

我是一枚亚马逊品牌新卖家,没收到这封邮件之前,做的还不错。今天亚马逊发来一封邮件,说我的账号被移除销售权限了。。该怎么解决呢?

Hello,

We reviewed your account, and we have decided that you currently may not sell on Amazon.com. Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your account while we work with you to address this issue. If you have any open orders, please ship them.

If you want to appeal this decision, click the Appeal button next to this message on the Performance Notifications page in Seller Central (https://sellercentral.amazon.c ... s.html). We will respond with a more detailed request for additional information. Once we receive your plan, we will review it and decide whether you may sell on Amazon.com again

If you do not send an acceptable plan within 17 days, we may cancel your offer. If you have funds in your account, they will be available after any amounts paid for A-to-z claims or chargebacks on your orders have been deducted. This usually takes about 90 days, but funds may be held longer.

也是你近期没有做违规事情,但是亚马逊也是比较喜欢秋后算账的,有可能是你比较早之前做了一些事情。主要的原因一般就三个方面:
1、绩效较差:各项指标(例如:订单缺陷率、取消率、有效跟踪单率、迟发率等)未达到亚马逊平台的绩效目标。
2、违反了亚马逊的销售政策,例如:销售假冒伪劣产品,威胁或者恐吓买家。
3、违反了亚马逊有关受限商品的规定,一些限制类的产品很多中国卖家是没有销售权限的,如果违反相关规定也会被移除销售权限。
如果确实没有,那就把相关证明提交给他,审核过了一般都会给你开放的。
