灵感源于Crocs, Bogg bag沙滩包美国侵权预警

创始人Kim Vaccarella一家很喜欢海滩。但他们一直没有办法买到同时符合容量大、不易倾倒和清洗方便这三个特征的沙滩包。

在对帆布或棉质沙滩包感到失望多年后，Vaccarella与她的丈夫一起创造了这款包。它目前在亚马逊上售价为100美元，且有将近5分的好评。

Vaccarella 受到 Crocs 凉鞋的可注射泡沫的启发，用相同的材料制作了一款沙滩包。事实上，她甚至向 Crocs 提出了这个想法，但遭到拒绝。Vaccarella 没有放弃，而是决定自己想办法。这还包括为该概念申请专利。

专利

发明人申请了2个外观专利，考虑到保护范围的局限，通过改变孔的形状或者是对外形进行变动即可进行规避，发明人同时又申请了两个发明专利，将可能涉及到变动归纳在其权利要求的保护范围之内。

发明专利的规避可以通过减少部件数量或者从方法/功能/结果上对构成要件进行改变实现。从上述描述中，最简单的规避方案就是将一对带子改为一根带子。但是，在发明人同年同日申请的另一个发明专利US8312816B2中，将手提带条数有了新的描述——"至少一条带子，用于将物体耦合到所述至少一个卡扣"，对关于带子数量规避漏洞进行了补足。这两个专利的权利要求描述特征非常相似，大家可以通过上述专利进行理解，这边将不再赘述。

从检索结果看，品牌方只在美国申请了专利，注意规避相关风险。其他地区想要售卖的话可以留意专利抢注的情况，万一不幸被投诉下架了链接，可以尝试申诉回来。
