亚马逊买家退回来的产品，吊牌被撕掉了，这种事应该怎么处理比较好？
我收到了买家退回来的两副太阳镜，但是它们的condition和发货时的condition不一样，有很明显被使用过的痕迹：两副眼镜的吊牌都被撕掉了，而且装着它们的盒子都不见了。害我不能再把它们卖出去，我都想把这两副太阳镜退给他了。
我想问下，我不想全额退款给买家，我想收他50%的restocking fee，这样可以吗？我的店铺评分挺好的，我怕我没有全额退款给买家，买家会给差评，甚至申请AZ claim，到时候我该怎么办？

你跟这个买家说，因为UPC没了，所以产品不能被识别。你让他去找一下产品的吊牌，然后寄还给你；或者你购买prepaid的邮费，把产品退给他；你也可以选择处理掉这两副太阳镜。
