FBA订单买家没收到退款,就威胁说要举报我

有一单FBA的,买家说退货了,可是没收到退的钱。我去看了下,确实没退,叫她点“退货”、联系亚马逊,就可以拿到退款。
她说客服让她联系我,还有如果我不退钱,她就去举报。那应该由我来退么?

不用你退啊。这是FBA订单,是亚马逊在处理、在发货。应该让她自己联系客服(而且订单是FBA的,所以他去开AZ的话,对你没有影响)。
