发货之后亚马逊买家才提出退货申请，怎么收费？
我当天收到订单当天发货。买家却以下错订单为由，在下单后15小时提出退货申请。 你也知道国际快递的包裹是很难截停的，还得承担相关的快递费用。这些费用该如何跟买家扣除呢？请各位大神帮忙回答下谢谢！

产品货值高的话，还是尽量截留下来，不然估计你再也拿不回来了
楼主你是不能跟客人收这个产品召回费用，但是可以保留买家原来支付的运费，再收最高20%产品货值的补仓费。
亚马逊政策如下：

买家要是反悔购买产品，必须在退货窗口期限内，在产品及包装完好的情况下方可退还。需要收最高20%产品货值的重新入仓费用。

先联系买家，询问具体想退货的原因，如果买家执意要退货，就让买家拒收，然后在订单管理页面给买家退款，一般是等货寄回国内再退款，但为了避免差评和A-Z，建议尽早退款。

早上能做的一件事是要从你这边入手，尽量截留包裹避免损失，收到包裹之后再扣除相关费用，千万不要没收到包裹就退款了，风险太大。

@顺流逆流 根据亚马逊政策，楼主你可以保留6.99刀的运费，再加上货值79刀的20%，即共可保留22.79刀。
亚马逊的相关费用不纳入该计算。亚马逊到时会退还大约80%的费用给你，虽然政策规定退货运费该全部由买家承担，但在包裹截留费用这个问题上却无声无息。

不知楼主是不是国际卖家，但切记在亚马逊平台上销售的产品务必要有个美国退货地址。

即使召回产品，也无法保证包裹能退得回来。还是跟买家说包裹已寄出，允许客户退回，但客人必须为他们的错误买单，承担所有的运费
楼主，你可以这样跟客人写一封邮件解释一下事情的来龙去脉：
Dear Buyer
Thank you for buying from us on Amazon. Your (item) was ordered with (Standard shipping) and was shipped on (date) with tracking number (zzzz) and is as described. It is expected to arrive at your address (date). The Amazon delivery window for this order which was displayed when the shopping cart was submitted was (date) to (date).
We are happy to honor Amazon's policy for a Buyer-Discretionary return up to 30 days for any reason. This is your authorization to return. If you do not want the item when it arrives on (date), you may simply leave it unopened, and write Refused, Return to Sender on it, and drop it at the post office. We will refund as per Amazon policy as soon as the item returns here new and unopened. Amazon policy provides for a reasonable restocking charge if an item is opened, used, damaged or missing parts, and shipping is not refundable.
If you are happy to accept the item on (date), you can take delivery and just let me know with an email, that you will not be needing a return.
Please let me know if there is anything else we can do for you.
