一、公司文件（PDF格式彩色清晰扫描件，一个月以上有效期）

1、注册证明书

2、商业登记书

Memorandum and Articles of Incorporation

4、最新的周年申报表

Form AR1

5、法团成立表格及其他变更文件（董事、秘书、地址等），如Form NC1, D2A, R1等

Incorporation form and other change documents (director, secretary, address, etc.), e.g. Form NC1, D2A, R1, etc

6、经签字的公司股权构架图（授权签字人或实际控制人或实际受益人签字

Signed Corporate Organization Chart (signature by authorized signature or actual controller or ultimate beneficiary owner)

●要求：清晰展示公司股权结构，向上穿透到个人，并注明比例，图中名称均英文展示

●Requirements: Clearly show the corporate organization and the percentage of ownership, the names should be in English

7、业务活动证明（如发票，提单，合同，租赁协议，投资协议），英文版 3 份（如有）

Proof of business activities (e.g. for trading company: invoices, list of suppliers/clients, contract agreements; for investment holding company: proof of investments (i.e. letter of intent, shareholding agreement or title deeds), English version 3 copies (if any)

●要求：正式文件. 能够清晰展示公司的业务活动，如果没有，请提供公司简介和业务描述，并提供关联公司或控股公司的业务证明（如有）

●Requirements: All formal documents should clearly show the company's business activities, if there are no formal documents, please provide the business description of operations and activities, and formal documents of the related or holding companies (if any)

8、业务范围说明: 请按以下要求写一段英文说明（不限于图片、文档或PPT，文件需签字）

Description of business activities: Please write a description in English according to the following requirements（Not limited to pictures, documents or PPT, document to be signed）

●要求：

①介绍公司业务的类型和范围，请真实描述；

②公司资金的主要去向，主要投资于哪些领域和范围；

③开户目的说明；

④资金来源描述（如果是外部融资，需要写出外部融资来源的信息；内部也需要写出是母公司注资还是股东自己出资）

●Requirements: 

①Describe the type and scope of the company's business；

② What fields and scope of the company's funds are mainly invested；

③Purpose of opening account；

④The source of company funds

9、业务发展计划（非必需）: 今后业务发展的规划，提交会提高审核通过概率

Business plan (Non-required): Describe the business plan and the upcoming business, submission will increase the probability of approval.

二、公司相关资料

Company related information

1、公司实际控制人，授权签字人、最终受益人（直接或间接拥有超过（包含）25%股权的所有人）有效期一个月以上的身份证明材料

ID cards or/and passport with a validity period of more than one month of all Beneficial Owners (with an interest ownership of 25% or more), Directors, and Authorized Signatories

●要求：

①护照信息页彩色扫描件；

②居民身份证双面彩色扫描；

③住址证明（六个月内，必须为居住地址，本人姓名，包括但不限于水电费缴费单、信用卡账单、电商订单等）

●Requirements:

①Passport information page needs color scanning 

②ID card double-sided color scanning 

③Address Proof (within six months, must be residential address. Including but not limited to phone bill, credit card bill, bank statement, etc.)

●如果网银操作员为以上人员范围之外的员工，需要提交证件扫描件备案（身份证或护照， 以开户申请表填写为准）

●E-banking operator needs to submit a scanned copy of the identity document (ID card or Passport, subject to the Account Opening Application Form)

2、最少由法定开会人数的董事签署的董事会开户决议（我行提供模板，如公司只有一位董事且为账户协议签署人则无需提交）

Board Resolution, signed by quorum of Board of Directors (we support the template file of Board Resolution. If the company has only one director and is a signatory of the account agreement, there is no need to submit)
