经检索，它是存在有高度相关的美国外观专利的，下面是美国外观专利图的截图：

所以，在美国市场想销售该款产品，务必注意潜在的专利侵权风险......

这里尤其提示玩具厂家，他们可能会想，我换一种动物形象，但是还是可以翻面的，是否可行？

不行！只要是类似翻面操作的毛绒玩具，在美国市场均有侵权风险......因为，它也有美国的发明专利（Abstract：The present disclosure includes embodiments directed to a reversible toy.
