沃尔玛链接因为价格不合理被下架怎么办

估计大家都有遇到因为价格不合理被沃尔玛下架的情况

这个是由于沃尔玛跟亚马逊比价的原因，沃尔玛会通过自己的算法算出亚马逊同款的价格，如果低于亚马逊同款的价格会面临下架的风险。

那么如何修改呢？

方法一，去到Growth Opportunities页面，搜索被下架的产品：

这个是告诉你，你的价格比亚马逊的高8.30美金，这个时候可以点击report incorrect match，输入亚马逊同款价格比你的高的链接，提交审核，48小时内沃尔玛会给你反馈。

但是，由于Growth Opportunities这个位置被下架的产品和未刊登的产品，所以基本很难能在这个页面搜到，这个时候可以尝试方法二。

方法二，把库存减0，避免低价出单，确保库存是0的情况下进行价格调整，然后把价格改低，可以先修改成9.99这样，等到链接恢复了继续修改成你原本要卖的价格，小编试过了，大部分可以这样操作，但是也有个别只要你一改成之前的价格就会Unpublished，这个时候可以适当往下降价，降到自己能接受的价格，有时候降价一两美金就修改成功了，如果降价到无法接受的价格还是不成功，并且亚马逊有同款比你的价格还高，或是沃尔玛有不少同款比你的价格高，但是依然还能在线的，就需要用到方法三了。

方法三，开case, case路径：

描述好原因，可以参考下面的例子：

This item:xxxxx, sku:xxxxx, is unpublished by the Walmart system for the reason "customers will save drastically when buying on other platforms", but our price is at the clearance price of $129, which is MUCH LOWER than Amazon or the same products selling on Walmart. https://www.amazon.com/dp/xxxxxxx, it's a link to the same product selling on Amazon, and its price is $165.Please check this for us, and republish our link for us, thank you.

沃尔玛会回复：

Thank you for contacting Walmart Partner Support, I am xxxxx, the associate handling this case today. I understand your concern regarding the issues you are facing with Reasonable Price Not Satisfied. I am happy to assist and answer your questions. After further review, I have determined that the comparable pricing needs to be updated. I have submitted the update through our systems. Please be advised that these changes can take up to 5 days to automatically process. This case will now be a pending resolution, but you may respond within the next 5 days if you have any additional questions or concerns. If there is no response within that time frame, the case will automatically be closed.

等待48小时这样，链接就可以恢复了。
