外贸人签合同时需要注意的英语攻略

合同保障着买卖双方的合法权益。在签署合同的环节，合同中的条款、细节往往都需要经过多次的检查、商讨。在这个过程中有哪些常用的英语呢？

约定签署时间

在合同初稿拟出之后，买卖双方可以约定最终签署合同的时间，并在此之前完成对合同细节的复核，保障协议的顺利签署。

revise 修改，clarify 阐明，clause 条款，correct 改正，detail 细节，add 增加

正式签署合同
