外贸展会必备英文沟通话术分享

外贸人在展会开始之前一定要对自己的话术进行打磨和演练。在展会时，话术基本分为外贸基本流程的沟通和公司的优势及产品介绍的话术。

一、打招呼/问候/寒暄

1. Hello, welcome to our booth. Come in and take a look, please./ What can I do for you?你好，欢迎来到我们的展位，进来看看吧/我可以帮您做一些神峨眉

2. How do l address you? 我怎么称呼您？

3. I am XX a sales manager of XX company. It is a pleasure to meet you here. 我是XX，ABC公司的销售经理。很高兴在这里见到你。

4. Here is my card. May l have your business card/name card? 要名片或者 May I know your name and email address, it will be better if you could leave your WhatsApp number for easier communication?我可以知道你的姓名和电子邮件地址吗，最好你可以留下你的WhatsApp号码以便于沟通

5. Have a seat, please! 请坐 Would you like some coffee or tea? 坐下来，先问问客户喝什么，咖啡或茶吗? Would you like a glass of water? / Can I get you a cup of Chinese tea/coffee? 你想要一杯水吗?/我可以给你一杯中国茶吗?

二、自我介绍/介绍公司优势

1. May l give you some introduction to our company and products? 我可以给你介绍一下我们的公司和产品吗?

2. We are the authorized/professional manufacturer and distributor of XX products. 我们是XXX产品的授权/专业制造商和经销商。

三、产品介绍

1. Seems you are interested in this product; May l give you some introduction? 看来您对这个产品感兴趣；我可以给你介绍一下吗?

2. Anything else you want to bring up for discussion?你还有什么想提出来讨论的吗?

3. Here is our latest catalogue, please take a look. 这是我们最新的目录，请看一下

4. Any interest please feel free to tell me, we can show some samples for your reference frstly. 如有任何兴趣，请随时告诉我，我们可以先展示一些样品供您参考

5. What about having a look at the sample first? 先看样品怎么样?

6. Do you need samples for approval? 你要确认样品吗？

7. We can courier some samples to you once we come back to offce, We will not charge you for samples, but we hope you can afford the freight costs. 我们一回到办公室就可以快递一些样品给您，我们不收取样品费用。但是希望你能承担运费。

8. Do you have specific request for packing? Here are the samples of packing available now, you may have a look. 您对包装有具体要求吗? 这里有包装样品，您可以看看。

四、报价/还价

1. The price of this product is USD xxx, and in general, our prices are given on FOB XX standard package, and is only valid for one month,该产品的价格为 xxx 美元，一般情况下，我们的价格为 FOB XX，标准包装，有效期为一个月。

2. Will you please tell us the specifcations, quantity and packing you want, so that we can work out the offer ASAP.请告诉我们您想要的规格、数量和包装，以便我们尽快报价。

3. This is the pricelist, but it serves as a guide line only. ls there anything you are particularly interested in.这是价格表，但只供参考。是否有你特别感兴趣的商品?

4 .The quantity is too small for mass production.对于大货生产，数量太少了

5. Our minimum order amount is USD5000.我们最小订单金额是5000美金

6. I will give you the most favorable prices. 我会给你最优惠的价格

7. Our prices compare most favorably with quotations you can get from other manufacturers. 我们的价格与您从其他供应商获得的报价相比最为优惠

五、付款/合同

1. Generally , our delivery time is 30 working days. 一般来说，我们的交货时间是 30个工作日

2. Our payment term is 30% in advance by T/T before production, and 70% before delivery. 我们的付款条件是生产前T/T 30%，交货前 70%

3. Finalize the contract. 确定合同
