已官宣！25日起，340亿第二批排除清单的部分商品重新加征25%的关税！附清单

日前，美贸易代表办公室（USTR）公布了针对第二批340亿美元关税排除清单内商品加征有效期延长的公告，该批排除清单于2019年3月25日已做第一次排除，有效期原定于2020年3月25日到期。本次公告决定，将部分商品的排除有效期自2020年3月25日起，延长一年。

此次未获得延长有效期的包括19个税号下2２个品项的商品，将于2020年3月25日到期后，被移出排除清单。即2018年7月6日至2020年3月25日期间，这些商品可免加征关税，但从2020年3月25日起，恢复额外加征关税25%。（名单见列表２） 此次获得有效期延长的共涉及11项商品，包括2个税号下的完全排除商品和7个税号下9个品项部分排除商品。具体如下：

01、打开https://www.usitc.gov/主页拉到最下面，找到并点开+ Access HTS Search：

02、输入你产品对应的海关编码：

“1”中的“General”指从世界绝大部分进口产品的关税（含中国），“Special”指和美国有相关自贸协定国家的进口关税（经常有free的，可是那不是给我们享受的）；

“2”指和美国没有贸易关系的贸易受限的特殊国家（比如朝鲜）的进口关税。

所以，我们只需要看"General"这部分的税率。

我们看到我们查询的卷发棒并没有看到任何加注“加收25%关税”的信息，所以基本可以确定卷发棒不在加收清单中。

那么如果，一个产品被列入了加收清单中，会显示什么样的信息？就像图中这样！数字后面加有“/”斜杠，有斜杠表示有加税，无斜杠表示无加税。

根据产品的HS CODE编码查询的结果基本上可以知道我们的产品是是不是在“加收关税清单”内。
