圣诞过完又迎新年，外贸人的催单话术要准备起来了！

圣诞节已经过去了，下个月就将迎来我们中国的新年，春节。

春节假期很长，也会产生很多变动，但外国客户可能对这些情况并不了解，所以提前提醒一下客户还是很有必要的。当然也可以借此机会进行催单，让客户产生紧张感，说不定就会有意想不到的效果。

那么催单的邮件具体要怎么写呢？小伙伴们可以按照下面相应情况，找到最适合自己的话术~

· 提醒常规下单的客户查库存，及时备货

· 催促还未最终决定下单的客户及早下单，年前出货

· 告知年后准备下单的客户，最好尽快决定，因为春节假期跨度大，年后新单堆积，可以早点安排备产

1. Chinese New Year is officially scheduled for 1st Feb. However the vacation will begin at least 10 days earlier to allow the workers to get to their families on time for the holiday.

春节法定时间是2月1号，但是假期会至少提前10天开始，以便让工人可以准时回家团聚。

I know it's a busy time of year now, but we will have to inform you please confirm the order as soon as possible. So we can ship it before our holiday.

我知道现在是你一年中繁忙的时候，但是我们不得不通知你尽早安排订单，这样我们才能在假期前出货。

注解:

· Chinese new year 可以简称CNY. 春节假期成为CNY holiday

· be scheduled for 定于，前面加officially 表示法定

· it's a busy time of year now 还可以这样表达，I'm sure you're quite busy at the moment. 或者I know it is the busy holiday season now. 

2. To produce the goods you ordered, our factory must purchase the raw materials and components in advance. Otherwise it might not be possible to carry out orders right before CNY holiday.

为了生产你的订单，我们工厂必须提前采购原材料和组件。不然在节前很难赶出货。

However, our raw material sub-vendors will start with their new year holiday very soon. To avoid any further delay, we wait for your order confirmation within this week. Thank you.

然而，很快我们的原材料材料子供应商会开始新年假期。避免进一步延迟，我们等你这周的订单确认，谢谢。

3. As CNY holiday is approaching, freight fluctuates heavily during this period. To avoid overpriced logistics and shipping delays, please place orders by this week.

因为春节很快要到了，运费在这段期间会波动得很厉害。请在这周内下单，避免过高的运费和货运延误。

4. In order to avoid unnecessary delays and expenses, we wish you could close the order as early as possible. We will make every possible effort to deliver goods on time.

避免出现不必要的延误和费用，我们希望你能尽早确认订单。我们会竭尽全力准时发运。

注解:

· make every possible effort to do sth. 竭尽全力做某事

5. Please note that goods are ready for shipment, and we are worried about the freight rates going up towards New Year 或者CNY Holiday, please expedite the payment so we can ship it without any extra expenses.

货物已经做好，可以安排出运了，请知悉。我们很担心随着新年将至，运费会上涨。所以请尽快付款，我们才能安排发运，并且才不会产生额外费用。

6. Kindly help check your stock and order now if necessary. As CNY holiday will begin from Mid January and last for nearly one month.

请查看库存并且如果需要，请现在下单。春节从1月中旬开始，会持续将近一个月。

注解: 

· last for + 时间：表示持续多长时间

7. Chinese New Year will begin on February 1st 2022 officially. But most of factories will start with their break at least 15 days earlier.

And typically because of CNY holiday, factories will close for about 3 working weeks, allowing workers time to travel back home and spend the holiday with their families.

春节法定假日是从2月1号开始的，但大多工厂通常至少会在15天前开始放假，假期会持续大概3周，让背井离乡的工人有时间回家过年。

If you have any pending purchasing plans, please schedule asap.

We can arrange in advance in order to deliver promptly after CNY holiday. We will help keep your supply chain on track while minimizing any negative impacts.

8. It's extremely difficult to get the truck and shipping space when CNY holiday is approaching. Your prompt confirmation will be highly appreciated.

春节将至，拖车和舱位都很难求。如能尽快确认，感激不尽。

· 拖车或者舱位难求还可以说We are facing a massive truck / shipping space shortage.
